Step 1: Size
Select the best-fitting size for each finger and set aside in order. If you're in between sizes, choose size down or file both sides for perfect fit.

Step 2: Prep
Trim, file, and buff your natural nails for a smooth surface. Push back cuticles gently using included cuticle pusher. Wipe nails with the included prep pad.

Step 3: Apply
Peel off clear backing from nail. Position nail at your cuticle and press it down starting in the center and at both sides--and hold for 30 seconds

Step 4: Finish
Avoid water for at least 1 hour to ensure maximum adhesion. File if needed.
