What’s the difference between the glue and the adhesive tabs?

Glue can be a hassle to apply and remove, and it can damage your natural nails. Plus, after removing the press-ons, leftover glue can be uncomfortable. While glue may hold your nails longer, this can vary depending on your lifestyle and how well it’s applied.
Our adhesive tabs, however, are built right into the product – just peel, press, and you're set! No glue, no mess, and no damage. With proper nail prep and application, they lock in strength for up to 7 days of wear.

What materials are your nails made of?

Our press-on nails are made from 100% soft gel, a much higher-quality material than the ABS plastic commonly used by other brands. This gives you a flawless, long-lasting manicure that’s lightweight, soft, flexible, and incredibly durable – all while looking amazing. Even with pressure or bending, our nails won’t crease or leave any white marks. We’re all about providing the best experiences, with designs that let you express your unique style – every set is a vibe that’s totally YOU!

Can I use press-on nails on missing, damaged or ingrown nails?

You should ask your doctor for advice before using them if you are missing a nail, if your cuticles are inflamed, if you have ingrown or damaged nails, if your nails are in very poor condition, or if you have fungal growth.
Always prioritize the health of your nails and consult a professional for tailored advice!

What if press-on nails are shorter than my natural nails?

Pre-measure press-on nails against your natural nails in advance. If needed, cut or file your natural nails before applying. Be sure to follow recommended steps for best result

How can I prevent my hair from getting caught (or snagging) under the nails?

To prevent your hair from snagging under your press-on nails, make sure to push back your cuticles before applying them. When applying the nails, gently slide them under your pushed-back cuticle. This technique helps eliminate gaps where hair could get caught.

Can I wear ZoeWho? longer by adding glue before applying?

It is not recommended to add glue to ZoeWho?. Extra adhesive sheet is provided with the package. You can use the manicure stick to peel and replace the old adhesive tab with the new one.

Is ZoeWho? waterproof?

Yes our nails are water-resistant, but it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water to extend their wear.

What should I do if a nail pops off?

If a nail pops off, simply clean your natural nail, remove the old adhensive tab by a fresh one, and reattach it. Keep the adhesive tabs handy for quick fixes!
